How long do inspections take?
Depending on the size and age of the house, home inspections normally take between 2.5-3.5 hours.
How long will it take to receive my report?
Within 96 hours of the completion of the inspection.
Do I have to be present for the home inspection?
While it is not required that you be present during the home inspection we highly recommend arriving towards the end of the inspection. We recommend this so that we can focus on the inspection itself and use the end of the inspection to walk the entire inspection with you. That way you are not hanging around when our inspector may need to look up reference or require further investigating into a particular component.

I have an inspection scheduled, how should I prepare?
In help ensure you are able to get the best service we recommend you ensure the following is completed prior to an inspection:
-Clear and ready access to electrical panels
-Clear and ready access to attic access
-Clear and ready access to crawlspace access (if applicable)
-All utilities are on
